These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all purchases made through VYMOYRE.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Sales

VYMOYRE offers curated design objects and accessories through a private inquiry model.

Orders are not completed through automated checkout. Products are requested via inquiry and confirmed personally by VYMOYRE.

A binding purchase agreement is concluded only after:

written confirmation by VYMOYRE, and
successful payment receipt.

3. Products

Each VYMOYRE object is created with artistic and design intent.

Slight variations in color, print placement, texture or finish may occur due to the production process and screen settings. These are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are stated in CHF unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply depending on destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VYMOYRE reserves the right to adjust prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers such as Stripe.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit Card
Debit Card
Apple Pay
other methods offered by Stripe

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

6. Production & Delivery

Most products are produced upon confirmed order.

Estimated delivery times are communicated individually and are non-binding estimates.

VYMOYRE is not liable for delays caused by:

production partners
customs authorities
shipping carriers
force majeure events

7. Shipping

Worldwide shipping may be available.

Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, where legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

VYMOYRE accepts returns within 14 days after delivery, provided that:

the item is unused
in original condition
undamaged
returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate solution.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

artworks
product designs
text
branding
logo
photography

belongs to VYMOYRE unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use content unlawfully.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYMOYRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law rules.

Jurisdiction shall be at the registered place of VYMOYRE, where legally permitted.

15. Amendments

VYMOYRE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version published on the website at the time of order shall apply.
